Well guys, she's finally home. 36 days after I had to leave my truck in Jacksonville, FL. Made it home without a scratch, and the coolant leak repaired. I retired last Friday, so now the real fun begins!

Beautiful truck! My first camping trip is the middle of May. I can't wait to see how this truck pulls. I'm also curious to try all the helpful "hooking up/backing up" features. LOL, I still end up using my mirrors more when backing up now, rather than the camera. It's hard to retrain a brain I guess! So I have not posted in awhile but I did just detail my truck and she looks great. Still loving it and going camping in 2 weeks so I will make sure I get some pics with my trailer! Will be the maiden voyage with this truck.![]()

I am the same way with the mirrors. Creature of habit. I am going to get the stickers for pro trailer this week and see how that works out. Don’t know if I will have hitch assist since I think you have to do Forscan changes. Will try and get everything set up before my tripBeautiful truck! My first camping trip is the middle of May. I found my stickers in the glovebox. They were in the back of the Pro Trailer Backup Assist Quick Start Guide. I'm hoping the hitch view on the 360 camera will be helpful enough for hitch assist.I am the same way with the mirrors. Creature of habit. Shoot. I’m going to have to see if I already have them. Thanks. Hitch view is awesome.I found my stickers in the glovebox. They were in the back of the Pro Trailer Backup Assist Quick Start Guide. I'm hoping the hitch view on the 360 camera will be helpful enough for hitch assist.
So I have almost 6500 miles and have had a great driving experience so far. Took it out camping last weekend and actually got better gas mileage then my 2013 ecoboost so that was awesome. Used it on my travel trailer for power and it uses very little gas. Power’s everything. Overall it’s been really good. You will love the longer drive in it. Very comfortable.I know that I have been away for some time. Just thought I would check in on everyone.
The truck is breaking in nicely. (2200 miles) The PB transition (at low speed) is barely noticeable. Not noticeable at all at speed.
I took the slow way to work for a few days and was able to get 25 mpg while hwy driving at 48-55 mph. I wanted to get a full tank through, but they started repairs on the road.
I am still trying to find time to get the truck in to have the backdoor looked at.
I added a few decals to the back window but otherwise have not touched it. With all of the rain, I have yet to wash it.
The only two issues that I have are a courtesy swipe of the wipers at start up (with that feature turned off) and a delayed shift into reverse.
Overall, I am pleased.
I have a two hour up and two hour back drive tomorrow on a roller coaster road. I am interested to see how the PB does on that.
I will agree on the power. That electric motor torque is awesome. I do not even know why they bothered putting turbos on it as I rarely use them. The truck seems faster than our Explorer ST.When did you change your oil the first time? I've heard 1000 miles to break it in and then put in the good synthetic. I've got 650 miles on mine now (averging 200 miles a month). I don't know if I am ever going to break it in or burn through the tank of gas. I'm averaging electric miles 33% of the time. It is absolutely remarkable. I'm still trying to get used to the power. I've never had 430 hp before and it's a little daunting. I bet if you wanted to do a burnout, you could roast those Hankooks to the wheels. LOL. But I don't get in it too much, the gas in Colorado is still expensive and I bet filling that beast up will cost real money.
The windshield washer still doesn't work. I'll get it fixed before August when it rains next time.
