How To Install Factory 360 Camera System

Hey @ Tlusk7 Finished install (except cargo cam) but having an issue that none of my cameras work I get a black screen then this in reverse and nothing comes up when I press the camera button on the dash. IPMA was flashed by Jesse.
Also the IPMA-APIM harness (part #ML3Z-10E929-BLA) pin 1 was only a foot long no way that would reach the APIM so I used the coax from the unused pin 3 and swapped them to get the needed length. Any guidance would be appreciated ?

Do you mean replacing the top-down view of a SuperCrew with a top-down view of a regular cab? If so, I don't believe it's possible

SOLVED.

I went through it on this one. I even bought a mongoose cable and FDRS. I thought maybe forscan or my adapter was glitchy or getting hung up somewhere. After trying to calibrate time and time again, i would get to 100% or get stuck at 80% and it wouldnt take. I finally got ahold of Jesse. He recommended getting a new windshield camera based on previous experience with someone else. We couldn't explain it, but it worked. It was an instant work, first try.

My camera ended in AC, new one ended in AD. Thats the engineering code and not part of the part number. I'm not sure precisely what that represents, but to me it means a potentially updated part.

The other factor that I wasn't aware of is once the calibration hits 100%, you're supposed to keep driving until the fault/DTC light disappears from the dash THEN you stop the process on forscan.

Other notes, my truck was a Job 1 2021, 3.5ecoboost, XLT with sport package.

So the IPMA looks after the parking sensors in the bumper. What are the other IPMA DTCs? Are they all sensor issues? Have you made sure that you've connected everything properly?

I don’t have those sensors available it’s a single cab with just rear sensors.

How many sensors do you have in the bumper? Please answer the other questions I asked you. I wouldn't ask them if I weren't important. When you reply, you can also take a backup of the IPMA, rename the file by adding .txt to the end and attach it here so that I can give you the correct values if they're different to what you currently have.

i only have sensors in my bumper and they are all working and connected. Now after a drive I received a wrench with DTC U031D software incompatibility with parking assist module.

You need to load the factory as builds from your factory IPMA and then make the changes on my doc. The IPMA you installed is configured for another truck with more options that it came from.

The only people that could answer that would be someone that installed the side cams in the mirrors. Most people buy mirrors complete. @jhwalker has done it.

Hi! I bought a 2022 Lariat 502A, I don't have 360 cameras or a cargo camera. To install 360 cameras, do I also need to replace the IPMA module? Do I also need to replace the IPMA for the cargo camera itself?

The side cameras are different from the front and back. They look the same but have a different part number. I'll look up the numbers. But if you are researching the part from the Ford shops the side cameras are significantly cheaper even new.
