I believe that means the truck is scheduled to be manufactured during the week of 02-22-2021. Is the window sticker posted to your customer tracking site? If not, it's still in "Order Accepted Status". Mine just changed to "Scheduled for Production" status and the window sticker link was just posted.
That is my thought as well. The sticker hasn’t posted and I’m not seeing anything on the tracker beyond accepted. Either way, I’ll take a 2/22 build considering I expected delivery in April or May!

Order placed Jan 11th and had the VIN 14 days later.
I had my VIN and it still took four months! Production will be scheduled when they post the window sticker link to your customer tracking account.

My build is scheduled for 2/1/2021, so you should be getting close to manufacture.

Nice!! I ordered January 4th and my dealer said Ford hasn’t even accepted order yet.
Same thing happened to me. But when the dealer screen showed a VIN the tracking site showed that the the order had been accepted a month earlier.

I believe the VIN will be generated when the order is accepted. This is what the dealer screen displays. You will not see it on the customer tracking site.

Is there any way to get your VIN from anywhere else but the dealer? They haven't been very responsive.

I almost went down to the Toyota dealer to buy a Tundra but my wife convinced me just to wait a few more months. It SUCKS! Having to wait this long and seeing all the post with pics of orders that were place after mine and still no truck. Happy for those of you that have received your Truck!
I agree it SUCKS! But I cann't wait for all the goodies.

Not that I know of. VIN will not be generated until order has been accepted. And my saleman said he had to get the manager to look at it. Must be tightly controlled. Call the sales manager direct.

Literally minutes after I posted that I get an email from the Fleet Manager with my VIN. No build date or anything yet, just "in Order Processing" but its a start.

Excellent. So if what I can tell from my timeline, that means that a production week has been scheduled for you. Ask for a screen shot like my dealer provided me of the "Scheduled Week of Manufacture". Not to bum you out, but my wait has been two months. My worry now is that they might change the week of manufacture if there is any kind of supply problem. Looking at the screen shot, it looks as though there is a lot more information available. I would pay a visit to the dealer and look over their shoulder. There is also a printer friendly button on the screen shot. I wonder what you get when you press it?

Nice. I just ordered mine from Penske La Mesa today. San Diego Shan Persaud sales guy.
Priority 10 retail.
Hope it all goes well. Im in no hurry just want it to be built right with options I want.

By the way they had a boat load of new 2021 F-150's on the lot maybe 20+?
I went nuts going through them all trying to see each option I ordered on one truck here another there, taking pictures. LOL

I ordered at Ken Grody in Carlsbad. they had a bunch too. Was able to drive a Lariat like mine but a regular 3.5, not the hybrid. Still was awesome.

I just noticed the control tower in you profile. I was USAF CCT in the 70's. Any relations? "Go Buckeyes"

I'm totally looking forward to the options!

Do me a favor. Ask for the Costco price and see what he says. Then we can compare notes. I'm always looking for the best deal and will swing either way.

The four Costco Reps at Penske are
Brian Wilbur
Jeff Pembleton
Richard Kresge
Fabian Roybal

I'm expecting a no hassle, dealer invoice pricing plus any incentives. Go into the configurator and it will show a splash screen. Up to $2,750 plus $500 student, first responder or recent veteran. Problem is, most of them deal with dealer inventory over 60 days old. Good luck on that! But you never know. There is what appears to be a current financing incentive. Never say you're going to pay cash. That's old school from what I've read and there is no such thing that you must carry a loan for a certain amount of time. I plan on paying mine off the first month. Most of the profit margin is in financing, warranty, add-ons. I also plan on going with Geico's 100,000 mi. / 7 year bumper to bumper MBI warranty. From what I can tell it seems like a great deal (I believe about $30 mo.).

My order was placed at a dealer that sales more FORD trucks than any other dealer around my metro area and I thought to myself what a bunch of crap once I saw my build date.

As you can tell I’m a little bitter about my experience with FORD, that being said I’ll wait for the truck.
