Yes, to do it right you need a Zen A2B. The DSP isn't a requirement as you can feed the outputs from the Zen to multiple amps and set crossovers there but the DSP will give you more control and capabilities. My plan for a high sound quality system replacement (Once I've saved up the 5k+ to pay...
Yep, my speedo is off as well. Could fix it with forscan or I can keep driving it this way and show about 8% less miles then I actually have and let me warranties last that much longer. Its on the dealership as far as I'm concerned. They sold me the truck and they did the customization.
I have a very similar setup and the recalibration worked fine on mine. No issues with any of the sensors, intelligent cruise, lane centering, or anything else.
Yah it seems to reacquire the lane centering well when using your blinker to change lanes or exit. Wish it would understand I don't want to exit the freeway when I don't have a blinker on though, it just randomly decides to follow the outside line off the freeway or sometimes just stays put with...
The other thing I wanted to mention is that I have a 2021 Lariat Powerboost with a 4" BDS Lift, 35x12.5R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers, and Fuel 20x9 +1mm wheels. The lane keeping and other sensors seemed to work fine even with the lift and bigger tires. I know there have been some questions about...
So we just took a trip from San Diego to Colorado to drop my daughter off in Denver for college. Was approximately 2500 mile roundtrip (Thanks to the i70 being closed on the way out due to a landslide and closed on the way back due to flash floods). I was the only driver (Not letting the wife or...
I average 10% electric miles around town and less on the highway. Of course my truck has a 4" lift and 35's and 20" wheels so its pushing a lot more weight then OEM. Like most people have stated, downhill its almost unlimited, uphill almost non-existent, and flat ground depends on battery charge...
I have the same color Lariat Powerboost with the same sticker. Used my heat gun and peeled it off. Had 3M Adhesive remover ready but literally didn't leave anything behind. Came off simply.
Had to use an LC2i in my 2011 Explorer with Sync for the same reason. They work well. You could also use an AudioControl amp as most of them have the same bass returning circuitry.
They rubbed on a 4" lift but only with compression of the shock/strut. On level ground, no rub at full crank. On a 2.5" I just don't know with that offset.
I doubt they will fit without major trimming. I had to do some minor felt and plastic and valance trimming to clear 35x12.5R20 Nitto Ridge Grappler on Fuel Maverick 20x9 +1mm offset with a BDS 4" lift.
