Last night my horn suddenly came on, just constant blaring away, not on/off/on like a panic button push or anything, just full on blaring away at 10:30pm
Lock/unlock, started engine, nothing made it stop. I had to pull the battery (neg side) to get it to stop. I then unplugged the horn, and reconnected battery. No other symptoms seem to be present. Good thing I still have 5k left on my bumper to bumper warranty...we'll see if they can even find an issue....

critters?!?!
Wouldn't think so....never had those problems before, but I certainly wouldn't rule it out. Stuck in meetings all day and its raining, so not sure when I'll get a chance to take a look at it. But I'll certainly look for critter damage

911 fail. New to forum as have a now 3 week old 2023 Tremor. The phone is unusable and the sync reboots randomly. Have done the reset, reboot, repair..even got a new phone. It glitches pops and half the time goes to privacy. My back up camera also freezes. Then a couple days ago had a family member fall and I was first repsonder and could NOT even make an emergency 911 call! (What happens in case of an accident?) This system is not safe and only a matter of time before someone gets hit by a malfunction camera (yes I know to look, but it adds another layer of safety). Then to have a 911 fail was the real eye opener. These are huge safety issues that my previous Fords and other brands dont have. Hopefully they will get a competent engineer on this soon for the safety of all!

All the dealer could find was an issue with the hood latch, seemed to trigger an alarm event. So they replaced the hood latch mechanism. No issues since getting the truck back...yet.

It wasn't the alarm that was going off, it was just full on blaring horn...but if it fixes the issue fine, I'll be happy with it. Just hope that it doesn't return, especially while I'm away (vacation or such) cause then the horn will just be going off until the battery dies....

I have not had any repeat instances of the issue after Ford replaced the hood latch.

My horn started blowing non stop while driving. Had to pull over and pull the 25 amp fuse from the fuse block under the hood. But now I have no horn. I undid my battery and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then installed the fuse but as soon as I reconnect the battery it started again. Please help.

take it to the shop. There’s no way to diagnose this shit through a forum. It could be the hood latch, it could be a wiring issue, could be the clock spring in the steering wheel there’s just way too much crap to be able to diagnose remotely
