Headlamp System Error Message

I have a 2022 F-150 Powerboost with a 4" lift. I recently had the dealer perform the recall fix on the front led lights. It had something to do with replacing a module behind each of the front lights. Ever since then, everytime I start the engine a message comes up "Check Headlamp System, See Manual". They said because of the lift they had a hard time with the settings. Never had this iussue before they messed with it. Any ideas?

I had the same thing happen to me on my 2022 after the recall was performed in August of this year. They never fixed it and try to blame everything from the Raptor lights I had installed on the grill even though they worked perfectly since I put them on in 2022, the dash cam I installed which was directly from Ford parts and then the OBDLink I had that they insisted I had a tune on the engine which I DO NOT have. They had my truck for 12 days. I finally just gave up with this dealer. I will bring this up with another dealer when I take it in for the new fuel pump recall.

They tried to blame the failure of the cooling fans, ac, and right headlight module on the diodes I put in to turn on the tailights when flat towing. They really don't understand their own systems.

Interesting that everyone with this problem has a modded vehicle.

Yeah, these trucks aren't very tolerant of anything non stock. I dealer took out the diodes and I'm not putting them back. Very fragile computer architecture and bus.
