harsh downshifting?!

First time owner of a 10 speed transmission here.. anyways but anybody experience hard downshifting on their F150’s?? Mine is driving me crazy and i feel like something is legitimately wrong with my truck. TIA!

My 6-5 shift is horrible, has been since pretty much day 1. Supposedly my dealer performed the TSB update on my last trip to them, but two weeks later it came back. I'm thinking they just cleared the tables.

Lot of people here have experienced it.

Yup. Terrible transmission. Mine sounds like a 10 ton block dropped on the truck 5th to 4th and 4th to 3rd.

Mine hits insanely hard from 10 to 7 when jumping around traffic to change lanes. These transmissions are trash and Ford will do nothing to fix them. Run it hard until it explodes and use that warranty!
