Shudder/Harsh Shifting?

1900 miles on a brand new 2023 lariat, just began noticing harsh shudder when moving truck from P into Reverse or Drive and vice versa. not every startup, about 25% at this point.

is this a concern? anyone else with same issue?

I'd stop at the dealer and have them verify fluid level.
