Gray Dot on Instrument Panel at Startup

Has anyone else seen a gray dot or circle near the speedometer on startup? I have no idea what it means. It appears next to the zero in the speedometer and disappears after 20-30 seconds. Does not appear at every startup, just occasionally.

I've never noticed a gray dot on mine.

Mine does that sometimes also. I assume it has to do with the speed limit indicator.

I just noticed this for the first time the other day. Never noticed it coming up before.

Commonly known issue with earlier builds. Don't know that anyone ever figured out.

Mine now shows a round European style speed limit sign just after startup before turning into the gray circle. Seemed to coincide with activating the glare free lighting.
