Full screen option 2023 platinum??

I would start by removing your phone from saved devices on the truck and try repairing it. are you using Android or Apple? Either way try connecting with a cable again to get either carplay or AA working and see if you can go full screen

I mentioned the cable because it's a reliable connection. Wireless should work fine.

Re-pair. After you delete it you'll need to pair the phone to the truck again.

You could also try a system reboot by holding the power button and forward seek button under the screen for about 10 seconds

Try hitting the map icon on your screen when you have carplay open. Post a picture of your map on the Sync screen.

Try posting a picture when you get a chance. This could end up being a simple solution if we could see what's on the screen.

That arrow icon on the bottom right of the map doesn't do full screen? Sorry I only use Android Auto

What do you mean you only get the full screen option on carplay? Isn't that what your original problem was? No full screen? Are you trying to get the full screen sync map? Or carplay?

As you can see from the pics, I cannot get full screen option on audio or nav.
It only works on CarPlay
