Front passenger door lock issue

Noticed the front passenger door won’t always lock or unlock. It’s worse in the heat when over 110 but can happen in any temp and getting worse. Door can be unlocked from opening via the inside but that can be a pain.

tried to get the actuator out and can’t figure out the trick on that.

I just had mine replaced for that same reason at the dealership.

They charged me $134

Double check the push button cable to make sure it's not binding up on something. I had this happen one time when I pulled the door card off to track down a rattle and re-assembled it but routed the cable in a different way. This inadvertently caused it to jam and make it difficult opening the door.
