Front Left Wheel Squeak/Squeal

Any update or luck on this? My truck is making the exact same sound. Video attached.

I haven't taken it in. It used to only do it when it was wet outside, and would disappear when dry. Until, I just spent a week at the ranch, it was super dusty, and it has been squeaking for 2 weeks straight now lol.
This has been an intermittent problem from 30,000-100,000miles. I'm out of warranty so I probably won't spend any effort getting it checked out.

Super odd. Have you noticed any consequences of not addressing it? The ford social media rep has contacted me and is messaging me now. Unsure of what support will be provided but I’d like to resolve it. Seems like early material failure or something inconvenient like something is dirty etc.

No consequences that i've noticed.
If you do get any answers from Ford, let me know!

I'm having this exact issue and dealer did not solve when I took it in. They checked TSB 22-2118 and said brake house routing correctly and said TSB didn't apply. Drove vehicle with service manager and it didn't make the noise when driving straight or turning left, under 30 mph. Drove home about 5 miles and noise started again towards end of trip, under 30mph and going straight or turning the wheel left. Turning right there is no noise.

Yes, I think I had two things going on with the wheel well liner only being one of them. That's now fixed. But the noise returned. I suspect CV joint is the issue due to grease failure when warm based on similar things I'm reading on the Bronco boards.

I am having this same issue and the squeak is definitely rotational on the left side. my truck only has 35K miles on it. does anyone have a solution or thigs i should try? I suspect its a e-brake thing but im not sure.

I posted earlier that the tire rubbing was the solution to my problem. Turns out I had two problems. Tire rubbing on the loose wheel liner was one.

It took a second dealer to figure out that the main issue was the left front Integrated Wheel End Hub Locking Mechanism needed replacement (IWE).

They diagnosed it with "electronic wireless chassis ears" to hear the noise/isolate and confirm and they also were able to replicate it after driving the car a bit.

The original dealer said they couldn't do anything unless the tech heard the noise on a test drive and I had to leave the truck for a week. The second dealer put the "ears" on, drove it for 20 minutes and solved the problem.

Also, I have an extended warranty, but I believe the IWE's are covered under the 5/60 powertrain warranty if you're still covered.

I am getting the exact same sound on front right hub of my 2023 raptor. It has $83k miles on it. Took it to local shop and they had no clue.
