Interested in a solution to calm down my 24 powerboost lariat with fx4/tow haul. Sounds like the eibachs may work best? I’d really like to level it, but can’t spare any height as I already barely clear a garage I need to get into daily.
Yes that Eibach 2R kit would be an excellent option. Especially with the front adjustable coilovers. Even though you may not have too much room height wise, you can at least get some dialed in the way you’d like so you can can clear the garage but also get a little lift. And then the rear resi shocks will really make the truck calm down on that back end and ride smooth. Check that kit out below on the link. We do have a few kits left in stock too! Message us if you have any other questions we can help with too.

Shocks are better called dampeners as they function to limit oscillations of the springs and the needs are quite different for the front coil springs from the rear leaf springs. If the rear leaf springs cannot support the load in the bed or from a trailer tongue the first step should be to add more leaf springs. Shocks will last a lot longer if there is not excessive spring movement from a lack of load capacity.

Ford with the max tow package adds a second leaf for two at the rear and with the max payload package they add 2 leaf springs for three at each rear wheel. Nothing changes at the front wheels with these packages.
