Forscan to disable TPMS

I swapped to a set of winter tires. But none of them equipped TPMS.
My question is if I use Forscan to disable the TPMS function, when the spring come, I change over the tires, do I need to reprogram the sensors? or any suggestions please? Keep the orange sign on?

My understanding is the sensors are 'self programming' after a period of driving over 20mph. So even if the truck 'forgets' the regular wheels/tires when you disable it in forscan, it should automatically relearn them when you reinstall and reactive it.

I switch between summer wheels and tires to winter wheels and tires and never had to program the TPMS. It just automatically picks up the new wheels and tires.

TPMS can be deactivated via forscan, I have because the sensor batteries were dieing. I plan to reactivate TPMS when I get new tires
