Looks like Ford Pass is causing issues again. Widget currently requiring password each time and not checking in for updates.

That's not uncommon. It just means there is less data to display right now.

Does anyone have this working for Australia? I can't get past the username and password on the auto-setup so I've tried to debug the issue starting with the API Calls.

I found in this script - https://github.com/itchannel/fordpa...ustom_components/fordpass/fordpass_new.py#L18 - That they use 5C80A6BB-CF0D-4A30-BDBF-FC804B5C1A98 as the application ID for Australia. But simply changing this didn't work.

I've done some testing using PostMan, I can get the access_token but when I try getting the status it's access denied.

Please don't post this in the public forums. There is a Github issue section for the widget. This is the stuff that will cause ford to lock this shit down

That is all I get as well for the past couple weeks trying. So don’t think it’s Canadian specific. Google search came back with a couple different people on other forums asking about it also but no answers.

Tap the ... button on the widget and hit the play button after swiping the console window up from the bottom. Look for something in the logs after the vehicle selector page comes back empty.

If it turns up nothing then I might need to add back the vin text entry when nothing is found.

I just pushed out another update that should allow you to manually enter a VIN if one is not auto discovered.
Look for v2022.05.25.1
