FordPass Not Updating

I have FordPass stuck on an old mileage and gas tank reading. Is there a way to make it update? Once in a while I get this pop-up, but not everytime:

I would unplug battery for an hour or two then hook it back up and go drive around a bit. You can pull panels and get to the modem to reboot it but it's much easier to let everything power off for a while. The old turn it off and on again trick, just giving it plenty of time to get fully dead.
