FordPass App says a door is ajar when it isnt

Good morning all,

I’ve got my new 2025 F-150 XLT almost a month now. For the past week, every time I lock the doors, I get a FordPass notification that a door is ajar. Problem is all the door and the tailgate are closed properly. I even get the FordPass notification when I get in the truck and drive, but the truck itself doesn’t give any alerts.

Does anyone have an idea of what the glitch could be?

I just googled it and it has several potential results. I suggest disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and putting it back on to see if it fixes it. If it doesn't, head to the dealer because it could be a door switch, wiring harness, latch mechanism, or BCM issue; none of which you should be looking for fixes for on a brand new & expensive truck.

I have that issue on mine, just removed any door warnings from the app
