App no longer show vehicle location?

Mine does

It always has, and all of a sudden like somebody else mentioned to 75 year went off and now it no longer shows location

Maybe I have a different version. Just updated location and it’s still working.

In Vehicle page, pull down on the main screen and it will refresh. It still works for me on iOS and Android.

It is often slow to load for me, but location and fuel etc eventually show up. Pull down from top will get it to refresh if it is old data.

I have tried the multiple times even try, turning the phone off and re-starting it

Has it not been working multiple days or just today? Could be a bug that will work itself out.

Does your truck still work from app to remote start unlock doors etc? If that works it has an internet connection so location might return later in week. ?‍

Try clearing the app cache and data, then sign back in

@Boen are you on IPhone Or Android? What is your version of Fordpass? The current version is 4.32.0. for Android devices. This problem should have been corrected as of 4.30.0
