Looking for some guidance from everyone with experience on the Ford Truck Months. It’s my understanding this takes place in February and March… so I’m wanting to wait till then to order a new 2025 Platinum in Space White. What kind of incentives can be expected during Ford Truck Months?? Do they typically offer 0% financing?? Plus dealer cash??

Thanks!

Truck Month 'deals' vary widely year-to-year depending on production / inventory, market demand, fed rates, etc, etc, etc. Often trim-specific / excluding certain trims. Sometimes some great deals, sometimes not so much.

Waiting for it is a gamble in itself, IMO. Good Luck!

.... so I’m wanting to wait till then to order ....
Just realized you used the key-word "order" ..... IIRC Truck Month 'deals' are invariably tied to 'taking delivery out of dealer inventory' (not applicable to 'orders').

Get an order quote from Granger Ford during Truck Month for comparison. You may or may not do better, never know unless you get the quote, and they'll be glad to provide it:

I realize you can use this to price shop your local dealers and I encourage you to do so. I think it's great to support local business. But if you can't get something worked out locally we're glad to assist.
Good Luck!

If you order now from Granger and assume delivery in the next 3-4 months, there will probably be year end incentives so Ford can reach their national sales goals.

Yup, truck month is there to move inventory, nothing else. Granger is probably your best option unless there is a local dealer that will sell to you at invoice as mine did with the 24 I ordered.

For sure. I definitely plan on getting the quote from Granger and then reach out to a handful of local dealers and give them an opportunity to match it. And if they don’t then I’ll have to weigh the best local offer against the added cost to go to Iowa from WA state and then drive home.. Thanks!

Yeah, I’ve considered this strategy as well… I’m not so sure there will be year end sales on 2025s…? I’m not in love with the idea of committing to such a large purchase and then ending up with terrible financing. The 0% option is pretty important, I never pay interest on vehicles. But obviously if I was able to order a new truck and have it timed perfectly to be delivered during a period where incentives are being offered for in-stock inventory then I’d be able to capitalize on it. But that’s a big roll of the dice!!

Thanks for your reply!

my fingers will be crossed that Ford will be aggressive with wanting to move all 2025 F150 trim levels during their truck months. I’m recognizing there is going to be a large amount of luck involved here. Thanks!

If you're waiting for 0% for a 2025 and that is non-negotiable, then you'll probably need to wait until next spring/summer after all the 2024s are cleared off the lots and there is excess inventory like this summer currently. End of year sales in the next couple months will probably be closer to 1.9/2.9/3.9/etc. Just a guess, no inside knowledge.

Yeah that might end up being the case. That’s what I did for this year when I was targeting a 2024.. I missed Ford truck months this year so I do not remember what ford did, then when the current incentives became available and I was ready to place an order Ford quit taking new orders…. ???

appreciate the thoughts and info. I’ll just have to keep my eyes on everything.
