Ford Security Package subscription problem

Curious if any one has had a problem with their subscription services on a new F150 starting before you bought the truck? I bought my F150 in August 2025, all the subscription services began their free trial period the day I bought the truck except for the security package, its start date was in March 2025. Contacted Ford about it and was told they would arrange for an extension, that was in September so far I have not received confirmation of an extension, the March start date is still showing on the Ford Pass website.

Security package on my 2025 started the day I took delivery.

All the packages of mine started on delivery as well but the security package had been activated at the factory in March. Ford has since corrected the problem.
