Ford Procal 4 Tuner

I recently purchased the Ford Performance Procal 4 tuner from two Canadian websites, GBP Performance, and Partsengine. The first shipment from GBP came without the voucher code so it was useless to me and therefore I returned it. To my surprise, the same thing happened to me when I opened up my package from Partsengine this evening so I have to return this one too.

I was very excited to get the Ford tune on my truck given it's a 2023 and no one else can tune the 2023+ without swapping the PCM to a 2022 due to the complex encryption, and unfortunately I have been let down by both online suppliers. Looks like some smart ass' tuned their trucks with the provided voucher codes and returned the tuner back to the suppliers without the voucher code after tuning their vehicle.

From my understanding, there is little to no stock of these Procal 4's all through north America so now I'm stuck with a stock tune.. for now anyways.

Sorry for the rant, but wanted those that may be looking for one to ensure with the supplier that the voucher code is actually in the box before they ship it.

Damn, that sucks! I ordered one from Paul's Automotive Engineering yesterday, down here in the states and hope I don't have the same issue.

They are readily available in the US. Can you order from here and have it shipped in or is it not cost effective when you add the duty?

Ordered my 3.5 ProCal 4 from Levittown, had good luck with them previously. The box I got was beat up with multiple stickers that had been torn off; obviously used. Was no surprise when I entered the ID at the Ford performance it said it had already been redeemed. Spoke with Ford performance the next day and he said, you are not “insert name here”? (So I know the jerk’s name who bought, installed and returned this.) I said nope and he asked where I got it from and with no hesitation just said send me the proof of purchase and I’ll get you a new ID. Ford Performance had me a new voucher by the end of the day!! I emailed Levittown asking for any discount for buying a used part sold as new and they declined, saying it was already as low as they could go…but could refund my shipping cost. Wow.?!

Wow, what asshats Surprised ford didn't put a non-returnable sticker seal on them. Those guys won't be too happy when an OTA wipes the PCM and they don't get updated.
