How is everyone getting build weeks/days? Everytime I chat with them they say they have limited info and to contact the dealer. It takes my salesperson days up to a week to get back, and you'd think the company you're ordering the truck from would have some way to see when it's going to be built.

I think it depends on who you get on the chat. 95% of the time they provide the scheduled week/day. Other times they just told me it’s in order processing and directed me to the Ford tracking website. If you email them, you should get a response from a supervisor. They usually respond in a day or two. You could also try the chat again until you get a different person.

The were useless when I chatted with them. I could get better information from the horoscope section in a newspaper. I'll just wait.

Same. I have been told twice by ford chat that I have no build date, but then Granger says I do.
