Ford Performance 2021+ F-150 Lowering Shackles Released

I just had the kit installed this morning. 2wd 2.7 XLT. Stock measured around 40 inches in the rear. After the install its sitting just under 37.5. Looks way better than expected. The rake is almost entirely gone. Its now 37 in the front and 37.5 in the back (full tank of gas)

How does lowering the back affect towing, will this cause it to squat too much ?

Hey All,
I just received my M-3000-HB lowering shackles for my 2021. There is no shim included. I see all this talk about U-Bolts in this thread and I'm trying to figure out why you would loosen the U-Bolts to put these shackles on if there is no shim. Please tell me what I'm missing? As far as install, I am assuming I just need to put jack stands under the body of the truck and use a floor jack to to raise spring to remove the old and put the new shackles in? Please clarify if I'm missing something.

I'm assuming no bed notching? I know most 2 inch kits require that. But 1 inch doesn't. Wasn't sure how close we would be with 1.5? Thanks in advance.

No notching is required. I'm fairly certain Ford Performance would not sell a kit that required that kind of modification.

You need to jack up the differential. That will bring the leaf spring high enough to slide the bolt out above the frame.

That is what I did. The springs are touching the bed rail in the Pic. Did you just keep jacking to quasi for the spring eye around the bed rail?
