I just found out they now expire instead of building perpetually, so I went to take advantage of the 25% off sale with my 10000 points.

1st, 10k points buys you basically jack shit.

2nd, their own stupid coupon code doesnt work. I was trying to get a shirt basically.

3rd, it looks like you cant even use the fucking pass points on merchandise (shirts, etc).

The site is also pretty annoying. I have to tell it what car I drive whenever I open a new category. So fucking dumb. No wonder they have a ton of PO jobs posted around stuff like the app and site.

Several companies have built into their point systems an expiration date. People would exploit it to get freebies all the time. I did this with a chain food place. Now points expire and I don't go often enough to earn freebies.

fairwayfordparts.net - They list many of their parts/products at discount, will convert your FordPass points for you, and have shown good customer service in the transaction I've had with them.

Might be worth looking into to get what you're after.
