I had the account setted up at dealer when I bought the truck. However, after I picked it up from dealership after a repair (replaced the folding shifter module, at dealer for 3 weeks), I cannot do any remote control from app, and the security also didn't update the location.

So I removed the truck from the app and tried to add it back in. Now I stuck at the "connect to vehicle" part. It won't prompt any on the vehicle.

Truck is new, and I still have all the connectivity subscriptions until next year.

Have you tried reinstalling the application?

Try a SYNC reset

If the Fordpass connect reset does not work, try a full master factory reset.
I hate to suggest this, but phone Ford
They walked me through it on the phone and got me working.

Thanks. I called Ford and this is the exact process we had to do.

After the reset, premium connectivity and navigation still "pending activation".

All I had to do is turn off and on the vehicle. And then everything went active.

Just left this thread here in case someone else had it.

What if FordPass Connect Reset is “greyed” out?

It may have never been setup so you can go ahead and try to set it up by downloading ford pass and going through the steps.
