Folding Shifter Delete & Rotary Knob Swap

Ah nice did 20% and doing it slowwwwww for quality. Interested to try this carbon texture plate at the portion that holds the shifter.

I found I need to do about 105-110% flow on the first layer when using the textured PEI plates to get a really good emboss of the texture. YMMV depending on brand of filament. I was using el-cheapo ASA from amazon.

I have been struggling with that a bit but usually slow has been having the same effect.

Well since the 24’s are currently out of luck I’ll sell my current gear if anyone wants it. A nice package deal for ya including the center console, expedition shifter spare escape shifter to keep in the glove box in case of emergency and some black trim paint with filling primer. Looking $200 for the full bundle of everything. The paint was shockingly expensive. Let me know.

Then if anyone ends up testing the 25 maverick shift assembly with tron or finds a 25 navigator that’ll work I’m back in!

Really great finish and it was more than I expected. The shifter works fine with no codes. Thank you all guys and special thanks for @Ajzride for sharing his experience. Appreciate

The rotary shifter is installed and working great, with manual shifting, gear lockout, and lights fully functional. Automatic switch to Park when the truck is turned off while in gear is instant and silent, unlike the folding shifter.

My truck is a 2021 Lariat Powerboost. The shifter is # NL1Z-7P155-B, (for a 2022-24 Expedition), bought new from Sunrise Ford. The bin design was modified from Ajzride's to center the shifter in the bin, use screws instead of magnets, thicken the right sidewall, and reduce material and print time. Thank you, Alan, for answering my many questions.

I just got mine from the Etsy guy (Manion Makes) too. Now I just have to buy the Expo shifter. I must agree the exterior finish of this unit is better than expected. Outstanding!
