I was recently gifted a Fitcamx 4K front 1080P rear dash cam for my 2024 F150. I have contacted support as suggested by Fitcamx to determine which polarizing lens fits my front camera and how to order it. They are absolutely useless. After several emails back and forth I still don't have any answers. Anyone added a CPL lens to their Fitcamx?

I have a FITCAMX 2022 PB. Didn’t know about alternate polarized lenses, maybe it’s different for the 24’s? Install was a breeze and vids look pretty good imo. Didn’t bother with their customer service as I figured they wouldn’t be much help

I have the CPL, I think I’ve had it three months. It works well. This polarizing lens is what you want

I have the exact same Fitcam and I did the polarizsed lens. All is good and I have a 24.

I would just order from their website and not mess with Amazon. Half the time so called namebrand parts on Amazon are cheap copies.

I finally got the answer to my question. Fitcamx said the CPL-3345 lens fits the camera described in my original post at the top. I ordered it through Amazon. It was the same price as listed on Fitcamx's website and free shipping. It was shipped form Amazon and is genuine Fitcamx. The lens is held on with 3M two-sided tape and is adjustable. I was getting a lot of glare and reflection from the windshield. I played with the adjustment for a while an eliminated about 70 to 80 percent of the reflection. Although it did not totally eliminate it is much better. Colors are better too. I would buy again.
