Funny you should ask
I have thinkware 2 camera in the f 150
Looking now at one for her explorer
Research time again
My only issue with the thinkware....
It talks to much
Even when I set it to stfu. It still talks to me at start up and shut down
I’ve got the F200 Pro with rear channel. I like it, clips have been clear and it’s fairly easy to use.

Two complaints: wish it had cloud capability to upload over wifi instead of connecting manually using my phone. And yeah I agree, it does talk a ton lol

What dash camera would you all recommend for parking the truck somewhere a long period of time like an airport? I need a feature like Tesla’s sentry mode.

I had someone brush the front of the truck while it was parked during a week out of town.

When you look for one with this parking feature you also want to look into another battery to run the unit off of. Ones I have seen have a battery that can be put under the seat and the wiring can tap into this battery when in parking mode, so it does not drain your trucks battery. These "external" battery packs can give an amazingly long time to have parking mode on.

Good luck.

The new sensor I refered to is the Sony Starvos 2. It is not the same as the preceding sensors used. Do some research , Youtube is a great source.
Since I posted last , I made a decision and bought a Viofo Mini 2 . Amazon had a "flash" sale and I got it foe 96 dollars. They delivered to my house in 4 hours. Amazon is nothing if not efficient.
The Viofo Mini 2 reviewed very well.

Look at Blackvue 970 ... wifi, cloud option, built in battery drain feature, stealth looking, 2 cams, 4k

FITCAMX Dash Cam for F-150 F-250 RAPTOR 2021-2024. It’s a built in dash cam , I have it and it’s great.
Thank you. Ordered as it seemed the best fit for what I wanted.
