OP, any issues with your install? I just installed the pan on my new to me 21 3.5 Eco and am missing the front to slots. Seems pretty secure with the two rear and two front ones but curious how yours or anyone else missing the front two frame holes are holding up.

Has any one used this with the B&M transmission pan? Since the pan is deeper than the stock will it clear the skid plate.

Did the install today. Took about 1 beer. Everything lined up, no issues. I used the following:
W716831 - 4 Larger Bolts
W719490 - 4 Captive Nuts
W500623 - 2 Smaller Bolts
W520813 - 2 Smaller Captive Nuts and the plate itself HL3Z-7222-E

The truck already had two forward clips installed, but they were too small for the new bolts I had. So I just changed them out.

2025 PB Owner here, looking to install this plate, along with the FX4 front splash guard. My truck did not come with the diaper, or any mounting hardware for it.

I am looking for the part number of the bracket highlighted in this picture that bolts to the frame, along with the bolt and clip sizes. These clips are used to secure both the FX4 front splash guard and the raptor cover. I haven't seen anyone mention this part.

EDIT: The part names are wonky, but I believe the part number is: FL3z-16001A08-C

I do not know if this bracket would be removed if the FX4 front splash guard is to be installed. Some pictures show the U-Nuts directly on the front splash guard, and the raptor plate screwing into them. If no front splash guard is installed, I'd expect this part number to be used instead to mount the raptor plate.

Genuine question has anyone actually had the catalyst stolen off a newer F150? They're tucked up there so far on my 2.7 there's no way. Neither God nor crackhead is getting those out from the bottom. MAYBE you could remove the front tire, cut all the brake lines out of the way, cut all the wiring out of the way then perhaps get a recip in there to cut it off the turbo.

Anyone know the clips and bolts to attach the access panel, HL3Z-7222-F? I'm assuming 8mm x 20 but I can't seem to find the part numbers. Hoping to reuse some of my factory nut inserts and bolts

The bolt and u-nut are all the same for the transfer case plate (4), the (2) bolts to connect the raptor cover to the fx4 main plate, and the raptor oil cover insert (3 of each)

At least- that's what I used and it worked fine.

W520813-S4399(4x = FX4 Transfer Case Skid Plate)(3x = Raptor Cover Insert)(2x = FX4+Raptor Tabs) - U-Nut
W709390-S4399(4x = FX4 Transfer Case Skid Plate)(3x = Raptor Cover Insert)(2x = FX4+Raptor Tabs) - Bolt

Perfect, thanks

F-150 XLT 4x4 Supercrew
A little update:

I ordered the parts as listed from a Ford Dealer in Newmarket, Ontario. Total out the door was $ 300.00 CDN.

I have a 2021 F150 2.7L 4x4 Supercrew so all the holes on the frame for the driver/passenger are already present.

I used a can of rubberized bed liner on the part that faces the road because of our harsh Canadian climate, the road salt and other road debris that could eventually chip away and accelerate the rust on the shield.

I managed to get all 4 of the big bolts/clips in with some help using a floor jack. However, the front 2 (8MM) smaller bolts were a pain in the ass so I left them out. I expect that the 4-13MM bolts would sufficiently hold up the plate without it falling on the road. Maybe I am wrong but the plate should sit on top of the existing "brace". I don't think I am supposed to slide it in as per a few YT videos / posts.

The newly developed issue is with oil changes since the plastic oil drain valve is located in the middle of the pan but it does have some opening that allows you to somehow turn the drain valve. I expect that I have to brainstorm some method / contraption to drain the used motor oil without dropping the metal shield.

I think it was a valued purchase in that it will add a bit more protection to the underbody drivetrain components.
