Recently purchased a used 2023 tremor and noticed the door alignment was off. Trying to not let it annoy me too much. Easy/cheap fix or should I just leave it?

you may need to mark your photos with arrows/lines to clearly point out the issues.

Looks pretty standard for Ford assembly standards.
Maybe adjust the door a little.

What happened to the devastating bumper problems?

I loosened the bolts for the strike plate and latch a little and used a wood block and plastic dead blow hammer to knock them in the direction I needed them to go to make mine tighter and it took 90% of the curse off it. Start with the strike plate first. Use blue tape to mark the factory location. That tape will also allow you to see how much each piece moves from where it was.

Adjust the top of the door in a little bit and check it.
