Do any F150's connect to TPMS on the trailer?

Given that yours is a 2021 I will not speculate; it may be that yours is only wired for the "Yaw Sensor" required for trailer Backup Assist before the "Sticker" system was introduced, but not fully wired for the trailer TPMS and Cam.

Look at the wires going into the lower (12-pin) connector on the back of your bumper socket - it must have nine (9) wires to fully support the TPMS + Cam; there's a fix for that if you only have 2-3 wires, see this thread.
