Ditch lights vs car wash

Trying to figure out if I can fab something up to put a light bar on truck or just get the brackets to put ditch lights or both. Lol. But my question is for the ones that have the ditch lights mounted do you go through automatic car washes with them and any problems.

Look for a touch-free car wash.. most other car washes with the spinning cloths will not let you in with non-factory exterior mods

See thats what I was kinda figuring. I live in a very small town and we've only got 2 decent car washes and both are not touchless. I live on a long red dirt rd and as bad it gets caked on I need a car wash. Lol. I doubt I'd pull trigger on ditch lights tho I'd rather try finding a way to mount light bar in the plastic covers in middle bottom of front bumper. I have 5.0 so no worries about cooling

Down here in the sunshine state the carwashes let you in with anything as long as the bed is empty ( i have a back rack)

Yeah ours would let in as long as no ladder rack. I just wouldn't want the ditch lights to be ripped off going through it .

Not ditch lights but When I had 100$ Hellas Driving beams on a Safari bar bar on my Tundra an automated wash would break the plastic housing. Pay for metal housings and recess them in some way so they're protected.
