I've been looking for a light bar for a while now since I live in rural country, but haven't been able to decide on a mounting system that doesn't involve drilling into my truck.
I don't want to mount one behind the grille due to the active shutters, nor do I want to drill into my bumper or my roof.
I decided to try ditch lights since the brackets mount to your hood hinges and doesn't involve any drilling. I went with the Baja Designs LP4's, since they advertised higher lumens then most of the competitors, and I wanted to see if I can get enough light output out of them to not need a designated light bar.
So far, highly impressed with them. These things really output an immense amount of light despite being the smallest of the LP series. If anyone else was thinking about them, I highly recommend them.
Photos below with headlights on versus the LP4's turned on.
