In August, I bought Ford Upro sensors from TPMS.com. They came with a paper stating that they were programmed to my truck. I had them installed in Ford wheels and Blizzak tires. I installed them on the truck Sunday and tried to relearn the sensors using the procedure in the owners manual using the hazzard light switch and letting air out with no luck. I also tried using a trigger tool with no luck.
Today I called TPMS.com and they informed me that the procedure in the owners manual only works for sensors that are known by the truck and will relearn the location for rotating tires. To have the truck learn new sensors, you have to do a procedure with the brake pedal and ignition switch. I tried the procedure they mentioned and it worked like a charm first time.

The procedure they mentioned to learn new sensors:

Manual relearn procedure (push-button start):
  • Engage the parking brake and inflate all tires
  • With the vehicle OFF, push and release the brake pedal
  • Push START button 5 times
  • Press and release the brake pedal
  • Push START button 6 times
  • A single horn chirp will indicate the relearn mode is active
  • Use the tool to activate the left front sensor
  • A single horn sounds to indicate sensor learning successful
  • Repeat for right front, right rear and left rear tires
  • TRAINING MODE COMPLETE will display on the message center when relearn is finished

When I got my new winters with sensors all I had to do was switch the tires and then took the truck for a drive. After about 5 min all 4 sensors were picked up by the vehicle registering pressures on the dash. When I got home I went through the regular hazard flasher process to orient each wheel the to correct position and that worked.

Same here, about 2 weeks ago, I installed my Wilwoods and new rims/tires. Same here, after about 10 mins of driving, the pressures were read and then I just ran the procedure to tell the system which wheel is in which locations. Too easy!

I also have a 2023 Edge and a 2024 Maverick and they both auto relearn. I drove the F150 about 10 miles before I tried to manually relearn.
