Had this for about 3 weeks now. I like the accessibility part. It is for the most part watertight except one going through the automatic car wash. Is it worth the coin they were asking for it yes and no. Mine is split in three places instead of the two door style. There’s a little more weatherstripping than the other ones. But I think it’ll hold on my fishing gear and hunting stuff when the time comes. The cool thing about it is when you open the doors the water runs out the side of the truck and not down on top of your gear thru channels.that are the main supports that are mounted to the bed itself.
It is very secure I believe. It would take a good amount of force with a prybar to get that to pop open. later on down the road, I’ll probably make some custom aluminum lugs for the locking mechanism on the rear hatch just because catching them inside of the bed rail is kind of Janky.

Is this the bedliner finish peeling up on the edge? If so I’d RMA it now before it gets worse, it will lift in sheets given it would appear they forgot the entire prep process before shooting. To peel that quick leads me to believe they may have shot it right over the machining oil residue on the panels. That’s astonishing.

Ya that’s the no part of the whole deal. I just ran a piece of black gorilla tape over it and folded it into the inside of lid.

If you send them pics you might be able to get replacement panels, it looks nice and modular. Heat & cold cycles will lift it in the flat areas over time, eventually just sitting there like a tough looking tablecloth. I screwed up a raptor liner based project not prepping right, fortunately they were just exterior armor on a Jeep but in time it just separated entirely. When I did the bed I was OCD about it and it was new looking 4 years later when I sold it even though it was the exact same product.

I actually forgot about and the gorilla tape is holding up well. Lol
