Own a 21 and enjoyed the 3 years with bluecruise at the time but was disappointed it never got any updates and truck itself hasn't gotten many updates. Certainly not going to pay them money to be left virtually stranded with outdated technology. This applies to those that own a 2021 F150.
Has anyone been successful in getting Ford to activate BC to their truck per the window sticker?
There is no expiration date like you see for 2022 and newer.
My '22 hasn't received many updates. The ones I have received have been insignificant and more precisely imperceptible. I feel the OTA business is just a sham.....truck itself hasn't gotten many updates....
Yes, certainly not a selling point and I won't buy something with the promise of a future update that will influence my decision. My '22 hasn't received many updates. The ones I have received have been insignificant and more precisely imperceptible. I feel the OTA business is just a sham.
I would need the VIN to see what the issue is and what it entails to fix it.How does one activate it for themselves? I have the cable and FORSCAN so is it a FDRS requiring an account? Asking for a friend ?
Last time I was in Miami, guy next to us had a passenger stroking a gun.Another reason to head to Miami.
So, you no longer have an active BlueCruise and Connected Navigation subscription. Other than not having handsfree mode, does your lane centering work any different? I'm thinking it shouldn't.Disabled all my shit immediately as soon as 3 years was up.
