I have connected to Ford Pass but have not hooked it up to my home wi-fi. Mine sits in a garage during the week and I bring it out on the weekend. It sort of applies as previously stated. If I drove to the airport for a 5
Day business trip and returned to find a dead battery, there is nothing acceptable about that. Mine is at the dealer now and they are still looking at it and clearing the codes.
Dealer just called and said they went through all the codes and installed a new battery. I mentioned our forum and sent her the link so she has a reference. Will feedback if I experience this again.

Since there are more than just a couple of you guys experiencing this, I’m beginning to wonder if that plant got a batch of bad batteries shipped to them.
I would be willing to wager there are no less than 300 trucks out there with one of those batteries. May not all be in PB trucks, but probably all from Dearborn

Anyone have a current clamp for their meter? Should be able to tell if it's a bad battery or there is something staying on with a significant draw.

Maybe I'm missing it by scrolling too fast, but is there a way to have a battery level indicator on our dash? Wasn't this an option on older F150s?

Mine didn’t have all those alerts. I wonder what the actual issue that’s causing this.

DC clamps aren't precise enough for draws less than 10amps. You need to wrap the wire around the clamp multiple times to get an accurate reading which will be impossible with the battery cables.

Picked up my KR yesterday, this morning it was dead as a door nail. Spoke to service and they told me my truck came in with a dead battery and they put a new battery in, but never checked for any parasitic drain. I put a 10A charge on it for around 10 min and it started right up. I'm going to see if it happens again tomorrow AM. It only showed a single fault with the emergency brake which I was told is usual when the battery dies that you get multiple module errors.

Congrats! You’ve joined the dead battery club.
Let us know what happens.

Interesting video series in YouTube I came across. Is this what you all have been experiencing?? Apologies if already posted elsewhere.

As a battery level meter I got a simple old fashioned 12 volt gauge from an auto store, a cigarette lighter (can I still call it that?) plug and wired them up less than 20 bucks, plug it into any 12 volt accessory port and bingo ! it'll even show if the battery is getting charged at more than 12 volts PLUS it fits all models, years and trim levels of ANY car with a 12 volt accessory port

Yes sir, still my original battery. I think I am going to give this battery one last chance. I’ll put it on the charger and see how long I can go before this happens again. Happens for a third time it’ll be back to the dealer.

In the meantime I have my NOCO Boost XL at the ready. Thought for sure I’d need it this morning.....
A good thing you got one of those!
