Current Shipping Delays

Mine was delivered to the dealership last Thursday night, and the order tracker still shows in transit. Finally arrived after awaiting shipment for 100+ days. All I had to do was email some ford executives, make some phone calls.. easy! /sarcasm.

I hope they continue to trickle out for everyone on this forum

The tracker updated but something appears to be wrong. I know there are people currently waiting longer than 43 days for shipping.

Currently I'm at 37 days for the 3 hour drive from kc to Iowa.

The estimated time in status changed from like 45 days to 13 days. Also the longest wait changed from like 150 days to 43 days.

Can you share that contact info? lol My truck has been sitting at the rail yard 25 miles away for almost 40 days waiting for a short trip to the dealer.

Yeah @Nola3838 - these are the folks I emailed. I got a phone call about 2 weeks later, and someone said they would look into it, and called me the week later stating my truck would be on the move the week of Aug 22nd .

Now it actually did go from the yard to the dealership that week - I am just not sure if emailing them did anything or just a coincidence in timing. I will never know, but it doesn't matter now

My truck was built June 8th.
My truck shipped from Dearborn on July 22nd.
My truck was offloaded in Kansas City and “released” on July 26th.

A truck from a different build week that was on the SAME rail car as mine was DELIVERED the week after it was offloaded.
Another truck from MY build week shipped from Dearborn last Friday, August 26th, and was delivered yesterday, August 30th. BOTH of these trucks went to the same dealership as mine…the problem you might ask?!

Either someone has a screwed up sense of humor or lost my damn truck as it never showed up at the dealership! I’ve asked REPEATEDLY where the hell the truck is but Ford has NO answers, no one knows who the transport company is, and the dealership continues to say “here’s the latest VVR, we hope to have it soon.” Also the window sticker has vanished and is no longer available.

So here I am left in the dark with no help. Thanks for nothing @Ford Motor Company !

Many trucks have been built the same week or later, at the same plant have been delivered to the same dealer promptly. Mine keeps getting missed for some unknown reason. It's set to travel by Convoy.

Was told by the executive assistant my truck was supposed to be shipped on Aug28. Status still shows awaiting shipment and I've received no further response from my email to her a few days ago.

Of course, interest rates have increased 1.75% since I ordered. More than double the rate I would've gotten if Ford had their shit together.

This is unacceptable @Ford Motor Company

Mine “shipped” June 22…I’m at 48 days and counting, still no truck. What an embarrassment

I took over somebody's order my blend date is 8/6 . Would I have any luck reaching out to Ford if my name isn't on the order? I jumped on this order in May, original ETA was early September. Has pushed to 9/21 but no update on shipping since 8/31. Ford Platinum 701a if that matters. Should I go back to the dealer and ask them to reach out instead?

Yep…mine took a ride from Dearborn to KC via NS and has been sitting there since July 25th. Complete BS
