I'm at 52K miles and changed oil yesterday. I've been monitoring my coolant like the rest of you 'truckers' and like 90+% of you, my reservoirs and coolant colors are the same.
High temp is just below minimum and a pissy color, the Low temp is neon green/yellow and full.
It's never been serviced and I've never seen any leaks, weird oil, heard any squeaks, or smells.

I just topped off with Zerex Heavy Duty Nitrate free yellow pre-deluted coolant but was considering their Hybrid vehicle yellow. Anyone used this or considered it? I don't have a clue how it would be much improved over the regular yellow given this hybrid system seems to be very low temp, low impact.

Also, do you think I'm ok using Zerex vs. Motorcraft? It seems to me most non-manufacturer products are formulated as well or better nowadays, especially now that coolants have split into specific formulations for different products. E.g., pink, red, yellow, etc...

Not sure it would make much difference between those two or SuperTech yellow if you're adding a few ounces.

Bringing the level just up to the top of the Max level arrow point, I think I added just over a quart based on the markings on the jug. I will continue to monitor as always, but I really don't think there's anything wrong or leaking. I think it was just never completely full and time/heat has discolored it a bit.

I've had a similar experience. I took a sample and had it analyzed chemically. There was no problem identified. I had specifically asked for a look see at exhaust gas in the coolant because of the color. Anyway at the end of the day there was no problem despite the coloration and seeming loss, although the loss rate was quite small and seems to have gone away... Here's the report from Blackstone Labs.

I just bought a 2021 powerboost used and the larger reservoir is the same off color as yours, and the level is low like yours. Any problems in the year+ since you posted this?

No. The level seems to finds it way down to the minimum and just stays there. Color, what can I say. That's why I had chemistry analysis done. Still going strong. :) I'm planning on having the block heater replaced this spring and that will end up putting in new coolant. We'll see what then happens.
