Built status isnt all its cracked up to be. Mine has said built since 8/12........been waiting on 'shipping' since then.

Very true. Given the time spent in said status, I would have had enough time to walk to Detroit to pick the darn thing up.

I had 1067 modules for quite a while and then it bumped up to 1884. I then received the "Built" email from Ford within a day or two. Prior to that, my FordPass app also said the activation feature was unavailable and then the button changed to Activate or something like that close to the module update. A few days later, I received the "In Transit" email from Ford. The FordPass app button continues to say "Activation Pending" and there doesn't appear to be any movement since then. The VRR did show it moved from one location in Dearborn to another right around the time I received the "In Transit" email message from Ford.

I had thought my F150 had made no progress, but I requested the VVR last night and it showed it had made it to Kansas City. The FordPass app activate request I made over a week ago is still pending, so not getting a rejection may not mean anything since it was loaded on and off the train. My VVR is here. I'm starting to get my hopes up again (for the 42 time) that I may actual get my F150 before the 180th page in this thread.

Does getting to Kansas City mean it should be soon (going to Granger) or could it just be another stop along the road of despair?

I also asked how long they're anticipating getting the vehicle ready once it hits their lot and they said 1.5 weeks. I was trying to plan ahead with travel coming up for Christmas and New Years. If I get lucky and it gets delivered tomorrow, I SHOULD be able to pick it up next weekend. If not, I'll have to try to make a quick trip (work pending) in the middle of the week sometime.

This is the only pic I was able to get in the daylight. There was an issue with the left fog light, but between when I found it, and my rep drove it around to service to get checked out, it fixed itself ?‍.

Their computer system was also having issues, so they had me sign a form to drive it with a dealer tag so I could take it home tonight anyway, and I'll have to go back tomorrow to finish the actual purchase. I'm hoping I'll hear back from Corri before then about my issues with the PCO I had!

Oh, also, I was able to confirm while going through the paperwork today, for the features that were force deleted by Ford on the 2022 MY, as the microchips become available, they will notify owners so that we can bring our trucks in to get the pertinent features activated
