Captains Log - Day 131. I'm now three days over the longest wait.

This waiting for a truck thing is crazy!!! I wrote the big cry baby post the other day about me only having 1026 modules forever. Well, swing that emotional pendulum the other way now. I checked modules and now I have (drumroll please)...1884 modules!! Holy snikees, are you kidding me? That should put it in the non-official category of "Damn Near Finished" (not on the Ford Tracker). Oh Happy Day, there are head lights at the end of the tunnel. I hope they are mine.

And can anybody tell me what the VVR is and where do I get one? From what I can tell, it gives a lot of information about the whereabouts of your vehicle?

I only just got a call from Cori yesterday, but looks like I won't need the help myself anymore. Already talked with my dealer and I should be able to pick it up tomorrow afternoon. Then I just have to wait for LineX and a PPF + ceramic coating to be put on before I can really enjoy it!

Vvr is from your dealer. It doesn’t really tell you where your vehicle is. Just gives the standard update. The only real information I have received about my truck is from a regional rep. By the way congratulations on getting your modules!

Just curious. What does your FordPass say when you try and activate it?

It says "Feature Unavailable". I've got more modules and I have to be closer than I was yesterday to getting my truck, but I am still "In Production".

I would like to think so. We just need that built status and then shipped and then delivered ?

I had 1067 modules for quite a while and then it bumped up to 1884. I then received the "Built" email from Ford within a day or two. Prior to that, my FordPass app also said the activation feature was unavailable and then the button changed to Activate or something like that close to the module update. A few days later, I received the "In Transit" email from Ford. The FordPass app button continues to say "Activation Pending" and there doesn't appear to be any movement since then. The VRR did show it moved from one location in Dearborn to another right around the time I received the "In Transit" email message from Ford.

Happy Anniversary to Me!!!
It has been one year since my order was accepted by Ford. What a momentus occasion that I am so glad to share with you all!

The truck is still showing in production and was stated to still be on hold.

Who would have thought ordering a 22 in 21 would some how morph into delivery in 23?

Congratulations to all of those who have received theirs. Keep the eye candy coming!

I feel you pain, hang in there. Mine was delivered 364 days after order was placed.

Tomorrow I am making the call to see what my guy has on the lot or in the pipeline. I can't do this anymore.

Ford was nice enough to email me tonight, though, to let me know my October 23rd delivery target was missed but not to worry because the new estimate is 2 days from now (right).

Got my rail car today. so it does appear they are shipping these things finally. maybe well see it by next week. hope you all progress now. 236 days from order to today.
