If it's by rail (which I think it is since you're in WI like me), it won't show any more info there. You can however get the rail car number from your dealer running a vehicle status report. Then you can use that to call and get the status of that rail car. Search the forums or google for the instructions to call the automated CSX system. For those that have shipped and check status on ordertrack.app, are your shipping details loading? Just wondering if is working since the rebuild.

Not what I wanted to hear. I was hopeful that she was going to give me good news on Friday while I was having the oil changed in my current truck. From my liaison:
I very much do understand the situation. Your vehicle has a Microchip hold that (fingers crossed) is supposed to come off next week. Once it comes off hold I will see if I can get it expedited for shipping but I cannot promise anything. Until that hold is off we are in a holding pattern. I’ve got several F-150’s I am working with that are on the same hold as you are. Not that its any consolation at this point, but you are not alone in this holding pattern.
Kind Regards,

So basically nothing. I will probably get new dates at the end of next week
Did she contact you?Not what I wanted to hear. I was hopeful that she was going to give me good news on Friday while I was having the oil changed in my current truck.
Not yet. Since this Friday was the last date given, I was hoping to get an email stating congrats.Did she contact you?
Could it be Tarita? That is my contact at Ford corporate. I admit I had a difficult time catching her name. I did not get an email address, just a phone number. My contact at Ford corporate is Tyrita (sp) Johnson. I know I botched her name. Do any of you have her for your order? If so would you mind messaging me her email?
This is my contact with executive as well. I don’t have her email either, but she’s been very nice with my concerns with my “new” truck that was built in January and not delivered yet. Much better information about a what’s happened to the truck and receptive to my concerns moving forward than my dealer (Granger). My contact at Ford corporate is Tyrita (sp) Johnson. Out of everyone I emailed, he seemed to be the most willing to help and had the correct information. And his email responses were WAY faster than the "executive offices".I just moved into "build - awaiting shipment" when I refreshed the tracker this morning. So hopefully we are all going to be moving along here.
For everyone above reaching out to the executives, I found that I got the best information from emailing Andrew Frick, from which a Nick Steiner responded to me. He gave me info on what was holding my truck up and actual status, unlike the chat reps or exec. office who just tell you "chip hold, we don't know what exactly." I have to assume he was giving me accurate information too, since I progressed forward a day earlier than I was previously told that my next ETA window was.
If you have been on chip hold since 8/12 that means I wont see mine until Christmas or after.I just moved into "build - awaiting shipment" when I refreshed the tracker this morning. So hopefully we are all going to be moving along here.

What was he saying? I am assuming the rest of us in that blend date time had the same problems. Hoping with you moving to built some of at the end of 8/8 see some movementI just moved into "build - awaiting shipment" when I refreshed the tracker this morning.
