Chip hold My22 & My23

I got a response today from my liaison that my truck was held up by the battery not passing specifications. It is now in KC and supposed to be loaded on a truck today.

Well they'll be monitoring my order but refuse to make an official inquiry with the plant until they miss the current delivery window (next monday). WTF? You've missed 7 delivery dates since it was marked built and released for shipping, you're shipping out MY 23's, you've raised interest rates which will cost us thousands of dollars, and increased pricing on the warranties.

What a fucking joke.

My liaison said she would find out more about my in production truck and said it could take up to 5 business days, but that if she heard sooner she would let me know. Those 5 days have come and gone now. They can't even email back in the ETA time frame they set, let alone get trucks out of the factory. Complete buffoonery.

What are you saying to these people to get the PCO? In my last email I literally asked if they were giving compensation to those of us in this few build weeks where we've been in production on chip hold for months with no movement. While it doesn't fix the problem, getting some money off the truck for this heartache would be nice.

I'm wondering the same.

I honestly think the new PCO was just random? I really don't know why this makes my second one since March, when many haven't received any. For my conversations with Ford, I've tried being sickly sweet and I've tried being a frustrated, angry jerk. I haven't been able to get good answers either way.

Just checked mine and its holding steady at 966 mods. I never bothered to see which ones, just the total number?

I have no clue. My count was at 998 last night and then back down to 955 this morning. ?

I had that happen too. Not the 720s, the 7E6s disappeared over a week ago. Still gone. Maybe they're "robbing Paul to pay Peter" and someone's getting a whole truck? I know, not funny.

I know I’m not saying anything new, but it sucks to know I could have ordered in July/August and got a newer model truck faster than ordering last March. 8/15 build, 66 days on “chip hold”, finally built on 10/20 and awaiting shipping since. I’m still at 941 modules. I just don’t understand this process at all.

not necessarily. I think I’m on chip hold for my 23 and paid 7k more than my 22 order

Did you convert to MY23 because of the long wait or did Ford/dealer cancel and re-order?
