Ok I heard from the dealership. It’s only a new way of tracking the truck once it’s in transit. Sorry to burst everyone’s bubble.
My truck is in transit, I am interested in this haha.

Tracker app always indicated Convoy for my order. Since my delivery window was missed on Friday I reached out via Chat. Was given a new delivery range but more importantly I was told my truck was moving via Rail from CSX Ramp 5M. Called CSX for the update and found out the truck is moving in the right direction.

So if you're listed as Convoy and haven't checked in with Ford in a while, you may want to.

How long did it take ford to contact you after emailing the exec team?

Just checked the modules and I now have 998 rows compared 954 including the infamous 720's. Still not built according the the tracker but progress!

Last Friday 28th, I sent an email to Mr. Azzouz regarding my order. Got kinda bummed no answer email today. Chalked it up to my luck.
Surprise surprise. No email but Tarita from Ford called me at work. She informed me my truck is on chiphold. Surprise surprise not. But she was very nice and said all the right things. Gave me the number to her direct line and told me she would check on my truck status twice a week. Something was mentioned about Nov 3 but the only thing I know for sure will happen on Nov 3 is it will be a Thursday.
Not great news but not bad news either.

Tracking my vehicle and seeing updates from others on the forum gives me joy for you and hope that I will be built soon because I don't really want to bother executives or dealers when they have little control as to when my vehicle will be built. My hope is that the @Ford Motor Company builds me (us) the best dam vehicle available without pestering as it is not within my nature. If I am mistaken and there is a benefit to emailing and calling every number available; I would love to hear opinions. Thanks

I am right there with you, typically content to wait patiently. However, the "awaiting shipment" stage has just plain infuriated me.

I emailed one of the contacts from the previous pages. this was his response. I doubt that will do anything. All I know is that tomorrow Im placing a deposit on a tundra, which ever arrives first will be the one I buy.

I wrote my liaison, DaVonya, yesterday, and cc'd Mr. Steiner. Nicholas didn't chime in, but I mostly expected that. I relayed my concern over the deleted modules on my build. Her reply was that my truck is expected to come off of chip hold on Friday, and that the "support team" doesn't share any particulars about what parts or chips are missing. If the ETA is missed, they still won't share what's going on, only that parts/chips are still missing, and it's not ready to ship. I felt like this was a pretty blah, blah answer from the executive team. Especially when some are giving better answers. But, are the better answers just "blowing smoke up our a**", to make us feel like they are actually invested in this process?? On the bright side, I did receive another PCO of $2000, but it's not better than the one from March, when I ordered. So, really still no compensation for this wait.

What are you saying to these people to get the PCO? In my last email I literally asked if they were giving compensation to those of us in this few build weeks where we've been in production on chip hold for months with no movement. While it doesn't fix the problem, getting some money off the truck for this heartache would be nice.
