My dealer said the same thing. They told me that they would give me everything that was available and they showed me the offers to include a PCO with the same reference number that Ford Marketing gave me. The original price was locked in and they also gave me the 0% for 60 that was offered in...
Do these look like something used on F150? I found them laying just in front of my drivers side rear tire under the truck after cleaning it to put wheel well liners on. Hopefully they were extra and not just left out of something. I’ve only got 200 miles on the truck. Strange.
I think you are right. I actually picked mine up yesterday. I asked the dealer about it and he said that there was a contract with a trucking company and they couldn't touch them until delivered by the trucking company. I didn't get the sense that they were very energetic or possessed much...
I gave up trying to figure the process out, but my scenario was similar to yours. Built 8/15, chip hold 70 days, switched to built and awaiting shipping where it stayed for 2 1/2 weeks at 942 module/lines. A couple days before it shipped, my modules jumped to 1757. Chat gave me the rail car...
Looks like I made it to page 132. Picked my truck up this afternoon. Mine was built week of 8/15 (ordered March 7th). It appears to have all of the badges and other parts. I changed my status on this thread to delivered. It sucks getting a ‘22 this late in the year but this is a nice replacement...
Update…I guess I’m closer but still waiting. I used the CSX number to track the rail car to within 10 miles of the dealership. It took less than a week by rail to go 950 miles. Now the same railcar is empty and headed north but dealership hasn’t received truck yet. It arrived in the rail yard 3...
Mine switched to shipped last weekend. On Monday I got on the chat and they gave me the rail car number. It’s the only piece of information I’ve gotten from the chat that was useful through this whole process. I’ve been tracking mine through the CSX phone number posted somewhere on this forum...
I had been checking my modules multiple times daily because it didn't seem that 942 was sufficient for my build (except that Darrell1 had the exact same count when i checked his VIN and he has taken delivery already). The last time I checked on last Thursday, they were still at 942. I checked...
Just changed my vote to in transit. Ordered March 7, blend August 15, out of chip hold October 20. Got the shipped email at 4 am today with ETA of 4 through 10 November. Will try to get rail car information later today but doubtful I get by the 10th.
I got the email from Ford at 4 am that mine has now shipped and the trackers are now saying the same. It also said ETA between 4 and 10 November as well which I seriously doubt is accurate.
Update on my status for our build week....So, according to Ford (executive, marketing, chat, and dealer), my truck was built and released from the plant/waiting to be shipped since October 20. Within the last 2 days, my modules went from 942 to 1757. I am not sure this matters because I looked...
For those that have been fortunate enough to take delivery and are using Ford financing, are dealerships truly offering the rate that was available at time of ordering or did it somehow have to be “locked in” to be able to have that rate?
Apparently I need a class on how to reply to posts. :)
Congrats Darrell1!!!
I used your VIN to compare modules and we were exactly the same even though you have Active 2.0 and I have assist. Most everything else is the same except color and mirrors. I was worried that my module count at 942...
I know I’m not saying anything new, but it sucks to know I could have ordered in July/August and got a newer model truck faster than ordering last March. 8/15 build, 66 days on “chip hold”, finally built on 10/20 and awaiting shipping since. I’m still at 941 modules. I just don’t understand this...
Well, I guess another weekend will come and go and my truck is still sitting around somewhere. Maybe the train will show up one day this week to pick it up. Glad to see some of you getting some movement.
