Tried Ford chat today and they seem less informative than usual. They claimed they have no real time visibility on chip hold or status. The also berated me about contact your dealer Blah, Blah Blah. No help. I guess the helpful ones were all fired in the group of 3000 Ford shit canned!

After speaking with the dealer, they said the same. I have no idea how long the liner will take or if it's already complete though.

My blend date was 8/18 and my truck has not shipped yet. I chatted with Ford chat and they said I'm not on a chip hold however some threads have said it takes a few weeks to know if you are on a chip hold. How do you find out for sure? I even have inside Ford not showing a chip hold.

My blend date was 8/11 and it wasn’t officially on chip hold until 8/25

My blend date was 8/13 and they still haven't acknowledged it's on a chip hold. They are still holding to the 9/2-9/5 delivery date. Which we all know won't happen unfortunately

Can confirm, they are useless today "There is not much information that is provide for me other than your vehicle is still at Ford Dearborn Assembly, MI. We would advise try reaching out to the dealership to see if they have any recent updates on your status for today."
They were at least able to BS some ETAs before

The part that isn't clear to me is what it shows in vehicle visibility for the dealers. Mine said that it was on "micro chip hold at plant" and that it would expire on 9/4. Does that mean another update could change it again to some later date? I'd assume so, but the detail was limited.
