My dealer called and let me know the truck arrived tonight. He then went on asking if I had received the new window sticker with the new, increased price. I told him we can talk about it when I come to sign paperwork... I know I am price protected.
However, I have a feeling I'm in for a fight...
Well, this keeps getting better. I had finally shipped back in late August. Union Pacific is now reporting that the rail car is out of service due to damage. It is fully loaded with my vehicle still, awaiting repairs. No eta from UP.
We had major issues with the upper box on our 2019 Expedition - most of the time it would only slightly pop open and you would have to pry it all the way open and other times it wouldn't open at all and you would have to punch it closed to re-engage the lock/button and try again.

I think similar vehicle status is the amount of people/VIN's/Vehicles that have used the OrderTrack tool and have the same "In Production" status.
Edit: Lower the better... means more people getting their trucks! I've steadily watched that number go from ~200 to over 500 in the past few weeks.

So I chatted with Ford again today, and their update was:
"Your delivery ETA is August 10-16, which has passed. I am not seeing an updated ETA at this time."
i.e.: "Try again, later."
