I had the Fox coilover level installed today and rear Fox shocks. Also 35” tires. On the way home I get a message “Check Headlamp System”. It briefly flashes and disappears before I can even select Ok. Any ideas?

Can you provide any pics of the front and rear ride height sensors on the LHS?

I'm still trying to figure out this problem. I went to the Ford dealership and they don't know what to do. After installing Fox (Roush) level and 35s I started seeing this. I'll add, the message only appears during acceleration, likely when the front of the vehicle raises slightly. I've included a screenshot of the DTCs from my service advisor. Anyone have ideas on this? Is this all related to the Cruise Control Radar Alignment?

Any resolution on this? Have the exact same symptoms after a level. Brief message appears upon acceleration. Thanks

Yes, the dealership had to adjust the bracket on the front ride height sensor.

To follow up on my issue, I was able to adjust the lights down using the mechanical adjuster in the engine bay with a phillips screwdriver, disconnect the ride height sensor arm from the UCA, run the HCM calibration in forscan, keeping the arm at a 90 degree, and then reconnect the arm to the truck. Now, have no "check headlamp" message when I gun it and the truck squats. No dealer trip necessary thankfully.
