Changing H6 to H7 battery - needs Forscan changes?

H6 on XLT and lower trim trucks. H8 used on police vehicles. I replaced the H6 with an H7 but still plug in a battery maintainer if not planning to drive the truck for several days.

BMS simply does not work and spending $50 on a good battery maintainer is the most effective solution and needed with Ford trucks.

Did some F150's come with the H7 from the factory? If so, which ones? Costco lists both options.

Mine did. XLT, 5.0l 302a, Tow/ Haul.
