Center console lighting horrible!!

Anybody replaced the bulb in the center console storage?? The stock is so dim it's almost useless!!

LED in front bin nothing in big cavernous storage unless someone added it.

Mine's got one. It's not great, but I have an organizer in there blocking it anyways, so increasing output would be pointless for me.

Must of been added on the 23's, I don't have a light in the console storage.

Yea, it's just super dim , it looks to be incandescent, not led, I'd like to just swap the bulb.

I have a 23. Haven't noticed a light. But honestly only opened console maybe 5 times since I got it. Lol. Plus Mines stx I prolly don't even have one anyway.

Both the media bin (under the radio) and the under-arm storage area use simple 12v power to illuminate their lights. You can tap them to add more 12v LEDs if you want. The one in the glove box and arm console are both warm-white LEDs. There are no incandescent bulbs on the truck interiors.

Gonna have to look now. It's very dark in that big storage bin and I don't recall any lighting. Had to turn on overhead lights to see.

Thats odd. Mine has a pretty bright LED there from factory. 22" 502A.

yup its a dark hole, all my stuff in there seems to absorb the little light
one would think a really good light around the upper edge aimed down would have been put in

Well I stand corrected. I went on a quick trip tonight right at dark opened my console and bam I do have a light. Lol. Its not blinding bright but I don't have anything in there so it's good for me.
